When you first register, your team will be marked as pending until an admin gets a chance to confirm whether or not your team is fully paid for (within 24 hours).

We’ll have a bag of balls you can use, but everything flows better if each player could bring 1 or 2 of their own as well.

We’ll also have water & some snacks available, but most players pack their own sports drinks & food to get them through the tournament.

Sunscreen!

Some players like to bring umbrellas &/or beach/camping chairs to use while they ref.

Sand Socks are also useful during both the hotter and colder temperatures.

Tournament Play Schedules are set in advance.

When you’re late, it isn’t fair to everyone else who was there on time.

You may be docked points, forfeit a match, or be replaced altogether, depending on the format of the tournament.

This also applies to reffing assignments, because that holds everyone else up, too.

That being said, please email play@512beach.com with an accurate ETA if you’re running behind.

Refunds must be requested 72+ hours prior to the start of the tournament. This gives us enough time to inform the waitlist &/or seek a replacement.

Emailing play@512beach.com is the ONLY way to request a refund.

Refunds are issued on Mondays, so we can batch process them. If you haven’t received your refund by Tuesday, feel free to send a followup email.

Bids into this end of season CASH tournament are awarded to everyone who has won a tournament this year.

2nd place finishers will also earn a backup bid in the event some champions are unable to play.
